Der Reifen ist tadellos, wie man das von Metzeler als einem auf Motorradreifen spezialisierten Unternehmen erwarten darf. Die Auftragsabwicklung durch reifen-richtig-billig.de war professionell und ging schnell. Die Informationen an den Kunden über den jeweiligen Auftragsfortschritt kamen unaufgefordert und regelmäßig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Schade, dass Schläuche und Felgenbänder nicht zum Sortiment gehören und daher anderswo beschafft werden mussten. Warum? Nicht alle Motorräder fahren auf Schlauchlosreifen. Viele sind mit Drahtspeichenrädern unterwegs, die einen Luftschlauch im Reifen verlangen und der bei jedem Reifenwechsel erneuert werden soll. Dieser Tatsache sollten sich die Sortimentsplaner und Marketingleute nicht verschließen, denn zahlreiche Kunden sind so bequem, dass sie nach einem One-stop-shop suchen. In dieser Hinsicht gibt es bei reifen-richtig-billig.de noch Verbesserungspotential. Warum lässt man sich dieses Zusatzgeschäft entgehen? Wer auch das erforderliche Zubehör mitliefern kann, gewinnt. Es dürfte eine der leichtesten Übungen sein, das Sortiment durch ein paar gängige Schläuche und Felgenbänder für 18"- und 19"-Felgen zu ergänzen.
